Vending Machine Burglars at OP Soccer Complex

Our Investigators are asking for assistance in identifying two young men who are responsible for burglarizing vending machines at the Overland Park Soccer Complex. The loss from the contents of the machines exceeds $340.00 and there is damage to the equipment itself from the forced entry.

Surveillance video shows two young white males jumping over a fence and entering the closed concession area. The two then pried open several vending machines. One suspect is wearing blue shorts, a camo colored hoodie and white shoes. The other thief is wearing a blue hoodie, mesh shorts and white shoes. They leave the crime scene in a dark colored car. In this get-away car there are two other individuals, a driver and a passenger. The car’s driver has on a white T-shirt and the passenger is wearing a red or orange shirt. The two burglars may very well be responsible for other similar crimes.

Anyone with information on this incident or these two young men is asked to call the Overland Park Police at 913-344-8750.
