Help Us Identify Thief Using Stolen Credit Card

On May 29th, at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon, an Overland Park resident had her passenger side window smashed and her purse stolen. Inside her purse was a debit card which used soon after at a local gas station. Any help in identifying the pictured male and his vehicle would be greatly appreciated.

Suspect: A white male in his 20s or 30s with brown hair and a brown beard (longer near the chin), wearing a long-sleeved red shirt, blue jeans, black hat and black and white tennis shoes. 


Vehicle: A silver Lincoln Town Car, 2002 to 2012 model year, with no license plate on the front, however, the black bracket for the front license plate has been installed.
